The Hoopmaps app also allows users create games of their own and show when, where and how long these games will run, together with the number of players that are required. Local users and friends will be able to join the users and share the game through a social media app that is provided.

The twin brothers who created this app- Donte and Dominic Morris have gotten tired of playing alone, looking for games in empty courts and searching for their favorite games.
The only options they had been to call or message friends, which were incredibly tiring and time consuming. They utilized their technology backgrounds and love for basketball to come up with Hoopmaps to help them solve this problem and get players to come together and organize games. They wanted the users to be at a much better position to play basketball on demand with their colleagues and friends. With this app, that is exactly what they have managed to achieve.
Tens of thousands have been downloaded since June 2016 and this app is becoming popular all over the world. Recently, there was a #4POINTCHALLENGE competition that was sponsored by Hoopmaps.
