Michael Speciale, who is a resident of Phoenix, Arizona, underwent through a tough time in 2017 and he was residing with his brother, Brian. On one day, while he was walking through the living room of their home, he noticed that his nephew was wearing his father’s Hoodie and had a soft comfy blanket next to him. The image created by these two cozy items collaborated in his mind and this led to the idea of a blanket/sweat short being born.
Several months later, he had come up with a prototype and a Kickstarter campaign commenced. The Comfy Brothers, as they referred themselves to that time discovered that they were not ready to move ahead with the campaign and so they discontinued it, but for a short time. Until that time, the project had been self funded and the brothers has not presented this business at any trade shows and decided to make the official launch be their first appearance on the Shark Tank.
The Comfy is one size that fits all and is available in grey, pink and blue colors. The sweatshirt design is not like anything close to wrapping up in a blanket and makes it possible for a person to get up without entangling the blanket first and prevent the loss of wealth which had been generated via wearing it.
The Comfy is incredibly large and fits over a heavyweight sweater or a huge winter coat. This comfy attire can be used at home, in sports events, while on night camping trips and when in long distance trips. The initial design incorporates drawstrings for the hood, but because of safety concerns and tight regulations that pertain items that might be used by younger children, the drawstring got removed.
It might appear weird that two brothers who resided in a hot desert would think of creating attire that is quite useful for cold. However, people everywhere love to curl up on the sofa to watch television and desert nights can be quite cold.
